The attention to detail in the Aboriginal/Native style decor was impressive, adding a unique touch to our stay. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I recently stayed at a hotel in Taitung and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is located in a convenient area, not far from the airport and remotely close to the train station. Moreover, the staff was incredibly helpful and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were great. I especially appreciated having a room with a good-sized bathroom and a balcony. There was also a very helpful girl at the front desk who went out of her way to assist me. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.
All was well, no improvements needed.

The spacious rooms were perfect for my needs, accommodating 3-4 people comfortably. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the decor, which showcased the local Taiwanese Aboriginal culture. The bathroom was also of good size and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful, with one girl in particular going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The icing on the cake was the breakfast included in my stay, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day.
All was great, nothing to improve.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure. the staff was helpful and polite, and I really appreciated the complimentary ice cream and drinks in the lobby. the breakfast spread included both local Taiwanese dishes and western options, so there was something for everyone. Plus, the hotel's location provided easy access to various sights in the area.
One downside I found was the limited options for single diners at dinner time; however, there were alternatives such as a 7-Eleven nearby.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center, which may make it difficult for some guests to explore the area.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast served had a variety of options and included local dishes. The hotel also had a good swimming pool and hot spring facility.
The location of the hotel was quite far away from the city centre, which may be inconvenient for some. although they provided shuttle service to the night market, it only operates on weekends.
